Your Pictures sorted in Albums

You can also organize your picture galleries as photo albums. In doing so, you can create sub-albums and thus carry out a hierarchical sorting of your picture treasures.

There are 2 techniques available for this:

Photo albums

In the "classic" WIBcms, an own application ("photo albums") was used for this purpose, which was programmed on customer request. This possibility is still available for compatibility reasons, but will be developed only sporadically.

Kiss Albums

In the WIBcms version with SQLite database we have added an album function to the already implemented "KissGalleries". This possibility is more universal, because you can use the interactive elements additionally.

Picture galleries

Pictures say more than words!

But sometimes you would like to know a little more about a picture: a description, more detailed explanations or - in the case of product images, for example - technical details or perhaps even a price.

In the KissGalleries the designer defines the dimensions only once and which of the up to 4 descriptions are displayed. Now you can upload pictures as an editor and add descriptions, everything else is done by WIBcms alone.

You can also let insert a watermark into your pictures and of course - besides the overview on the website - you can also call a larger view as "lightbox".

Very clever: If you want, you can also add interactive elements: a mark "I like" or a rating for example, which a visitor of your homepage can make. (Privacy notice: to save ratings or markings permanently during a homepage visit, a session cookie must be set)

Even more clever: in a contact form, the noted items and ratings can be sent to you as an e-mail.
