How do I get WIBcms to work?

First, of course, you need a web server to which you can upload files. This can be a normal provider or your online accessible network storage at home (your "personal cloud").

Then download the current WIBcms version, preferably this complete website, and unpack it into the "root directory" on the web server. Experiment a bit with it: create new pages, rearrange or delete them, change the contents and so on.
